Everyone that works there are so nice. I love going and relaxing. I love the pedicures and manicures. They do such a great job. The lady at the front is so beautiful. So many of the girls are precious, kind, friendly and caring. A very special place to get your nails done.

My appt was double booked and I didn’t get the technician that I requested. I was told I would be given a discount and I wasn’t given one when I checked out. That was disappointing. Ivy was amazing though. I am very satisfied with her work.

Loved Vicky she was very thorough with my pedicure. Sandy was great as well loved my manicure. Only thing with Sandy, she left nail polish on my ring finger and nail beds. But overall pleasant experience.

I wanted to share some feedback regarding my pedicure today. I’m a returning client and I always choose your salon because I usually have great experiences, but this was the first time I left truly disappointed. The technician, Kim, was extremely rude and impatient when I politely asked if she could fix the French tip on my big toe. She responded in an upset tone, saying she would “just file it,” and also told me that a French tip is “never going to be perfect” on my toes. When I mentioned that the color on my big toe looked a bit off, she said, “no one’s going to look that close at your foot,” which I found very unprofessional. Throughout the entire pedicure, her attitude made me uncomfortable. She seemed rushed, irritated, and like she didn’t want to be there at all. As someone who regularly comes to your salon, this experience was very disappointing. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as I know Luxe Nails is capable of much better service.
